In English we create adjectives from verb like e.g. speaking doll, moving chair, spoken word, defeated nation. The words "speaking","spoken","defeated" etc. are adjectives created from verbs "To Speak", "To Defeat" etc.

In Marathi also we create such adjectives.
1) Adjectives indicating general behaviour
e.g. Speaking tree, dancing doll etc.

In Marathi such adjectives are created by suffixing form of "เคฃाเคฐा" to verb.
e.g. speaking :- เคฌोเคฒ (bol) + เคฃाเคฐा (NArA) -> เคฌोเคฒเคฃाเคฐा  (bolaNArA)
Laughing :- เคนเคธ (has) + เคฃाเคฐा  (NArA) -> เคนเคธเคฃाเคฐा  ( hasaNArA  )

As we have seen before, the adjectives ending with vowel เค†(A) change as per gender and multiplicity of noun, and it is changes using  "เค†-เคˆ-เค-เค-เคฏा-เคˆ (A-I-e-e-yA-I) rule" (http://kaushiklele-learnmarathi.blogspot.in/2012/06/i-e-e-ya-i-rule.html )

Similarly, เคคा-เคคी-เคคे-เคคे-เคค्เคฏा-เคคी (tA-tI-te-te-tyA-tI) is appended to verb root to create adjective.
Moving chair = เคนเคฒเคฃाเคฐी เค–ुเคฐ्เคšी (halaNArI khurchI) =  เคนเคฒเคคी เค–ुเคฐ्เคšी (halatI khurchI)
Speaking phone = เคฌोเคฒเคฃाเคฐा เคซोเคจ (bolaNArA phon) = เคฌोเคฒเคคा เคซोเคจ (bolatA phon)

Using these suffixes with verb "to like"
The day I like ->
เคฎเคฒा เค†เคตเคกเคฃाเคฐा เคฆिเคตเคธ (malA AvaDaNArA divas) = เคฎाเคा เค†เคตเคกเคคा เคฆिเคตเคธ (mAjhA AvaDatA divas)
The movies she likes / Her favourite movie ->
เคคिเคฒा เค†เคตเคกเคฃाเคฐा เคšिเคค्เคฐเคชเคŸ (tilA AvaDaNArA chitrapaT) = เคคिเคšा เค†เคตเคกเคคा เคšिเคค्เคฐเคชเคŸ (tichA AvaDatA chitrapaT)

2) Adjectives indicating completed action
e.g. Spoken word, finished meal etc.

In Marathi such adjectives are created by suffixing form of "เคฒेเคฒा" to verb.
e.g. Spoken:- เคฌोเคฒ (bol) + เคฒेเคฒा(lelA) -> เคฌोเคฒเคฒेเคฒा ( bolalelA )
Laughed :- เคนเคธ (has) + เคฒेเคฒा(lelA) -> เคนเคธเคฒेเคฒा ( hasalelA )

These forms are appended to past tense word of that verb.
e.g. for verb เคฌเค˜เคฃे(baghaNe ) the suffixes are appended to เคฌเค˜िเคค(baghit) etc.

3) Adjectives indicating ongoing action
Third way of using verb can not be classified as adjective in English but in Marathi it is.
e.g. The boy who is giving speech is my brother.
That person who is dancing is mad.

So these group of word viz. "who is dancing/giving" can be thought as adjective. This adjective indicate that activity is going on at given moment. So in Marathi we will use present continuous tense and use form of "เคฃाเคฐा"(NArA) or เคฒेเคฒा (lelA) to create adjective.

i.e.verb + เคค(t)  followed by form of เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒा/เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐा as per gender and multiplicity.

e.g.
The boy who is giving -> เคฆेเคค เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒा เคฎुเคฒเค—ा ( det asalelA mulagA )    OR
                                      เคฆेเคค เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐा เคฎुเคฒเค—ा (det asaNArA mulagA )

That person who is dancing -> เคจाเคšเคค เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒी เคต्เคฏเค•्เคคी ( nAchat asalelI vyaktI ) OR
                                              เคจाเคšเคค เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐी เคต्เคฏเค•्เคคी (nAchat asaNArI vyaktI )

As you would have guessed that as per  เค†-เคˆ-เค-เค-เคฏा-เคˆ (A-I-e-e-yA-I) rulethe form of will be เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒा/เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐा
เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐा-เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐी-เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐे-เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐे-เค…เคธเคฃाเคฑ्เคฏा-เค…เคธเคฃाเคฐी (asaNArA-asaNArI-asaNAre-asaNAre-asaNAryA-asaNArI )
or
เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒा-เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒी-เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒे-เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒे-เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒ्เคฏा-เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒी (asalelA-asalelI-asalele-asalele-asalelyA-asalelI)

Even if you are talking about activity which was going on in past or future, you will use same pattern.
The boy who was giving money was my brother -> เคชैเคธे เคฆेเคค เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒा เคฎुเคฒเค—ा เคฎाเคा เคญाเคŠ เคนोเคคा (paise det asalelA mulagA mAjhA bhAU hotA)
Nation that will be doing progress will be successful -> เคช्เคฐเค—เคคी เค•เคฐเคค เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒी เคฐाเคท्เคŸ्เคฐे เคฎเคนाเคจ เคนोเคคीเคฒ (pragatI karat asalelI rAShTre mahAn hotIl)

Note that in day-to-day conversation instead of saying "เคจाเคšเคค เค…เคธเคฒेเคฒी เคต्เคฏเค•्เคคी" a native speaker will tend to use shorter adjective i.e. "เคจाเคšเคฃाเคฐी". So the context of the speech will convey appropriate meaning.

  1. There is another adjectival form which is not given here...
    here two are given...
    Continuous form (bolta hua peD = A tree that is speaking)
    Past form (bola hua shabd = A word that is spoken)

    The one which is left is...

    Habitual form (bolnewala peD = A tree that speaks) ..... I am sure that it isn't "bolNaar jhaaD"...
