हिरवा फ्लॉवर ।हा बेचव लागतो ।हा फक्त हिवाळ्यातच खावा । ब्रोकोली परदेशी भाजी म्हणून भारतीय हवामानात बेचव लागते ।कदाचित १० वर्षांनी रंग व चवही बदलेल| ।खायला पांढरा नैसर्गिक रंगाचा च चांगला
Deleteजसा जांभळा कोबी बेचव लागतो ,तसचं या ब्रोकोलीचं ।अनैसर्गिक सगळ्या भाज्यांना आपण नकारच द्यायला हवा ।व गावरान कमी आकाराच्या पण चव असणाऱ्याच भाज्या खाव्यात तरच जनुकात योग्य ते बदल होतात। खरं म्हणजे आपण आपल्या आजी आजोबा ,व आईवडिलांनी जे खाल्लयं तेच खायला हवं असं नवीन जनुक शास्त्र सांगतं ।
Broccoli चा Merriam-Webster डिक्शनरीतला साहेबी उच्चार 'ब्रॉकली' असा आहेे. भारतात ब्रॉकली मिळते ती तत्सम भाज्यांच्या तुलनेत जरा चढ्या भावातच मिळते त्यामुळे आमच्यासारखे सामान्यजन ब्रॉकली च्या वाट्याला जात नाहीत. भााजीचेे मूळ जरी इटली असले तरी आता ब्रॉकली चे उत्पादन भारतात - प्रामुख्याने प.बंगाल, बिहार, ओडिशा, म.प्रदेश, हरयाना, गुजरात आणि झारख्णड या राज्यांत होते. चव उत्तम - कच्ची वा वाफारलेली. बटाटा (Potato) आणि साबूदाणा (Tapioca) हे मूळचे परदेशी. पण बटाटा १६व्या शतकात परू (Peru) देशातून आणि साबूदाणा १९व्या शतकात वेस्ट इंडीज (West Indies) देशातून भारतात आले आणि खाद्य पदार्थांतील अविभाज्य घटक बनले, इतके की त्याशिवाय 'देशी उपवास' अशक्य. भारतातला रत्नागिरी हापूस आंबा उष्ण हवामानातील मध्य-पूर्व देश आणि थंड हवामानाचे युरोपांतील देश - दोन्हीकडे तेवढ्याच चवीने खातात.

No. I have passed SSC in 1956 in Marathi language. Further, I have worked in the Irrigation Department, Govt of Maharashtra where 90% office work, including technical work, was in Marathi. In addition I am the author of a book named 'Jal-Aashay' in Marathi language.
